We DO NOT Deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Highlands.
The customer will be notified of the delivery day ahead of the delivery. The products are delivered to the shipment address between 08:00 am and 18:00 pm on the day of delivery. The customer is updated over the phone about the delays caused by the traffic situation and other deliveries on the same day.
If a product is in our stock, the delivery is done in less than a week, if the customer is ready to receive the product.
If products are not in stock, the standard delivery time is between 8 and 12 weeks.
If the customer requests for a cancellation of the delivery or the customer cannot be reached after a delivery is scheduled, the customer will be charged a £ 100 shipment cancellation fee due to costs that will be incurred.
Removal of Old Furnitures
The room where the products will arrive must be evacuated by the customer before the day of delivery. The customers can arrange free removal of old furniture by contacting their local council or charities that accept second hand furniture.
If our delivery team finds the room not ready and has to remove existing furniture, the customer will be charged an extra fee between £ 20 – £ 100 depending on the amount of work needed. This fee needs to be paid before assembly of the furniture. Our delivery team does not accept any responsibility for damage caused to the old furniture during this move.
Customers have the right to receive the products they ordered in full. In the event that the delivery is incomplete or the customer informs us about any deficiencies in the product within 72 hours from the delivery date, the deficient part will be replaced with a new one free of charge if we have the replacement part in our stocks. If we have to order a part from the factory, this will be included in our next scheduled shipment and we will aim to deliver to the customer in less than 12 weeks.
Additional Delivery Information
Before ordering a product, all measurements must be taken by the customer. If the product or products you have bought do not pass through doors and corridors or fit in your room, all responsibility belongs to the customer. (Our standard return policy applies to the returning products that do not fit in the customer room or pass through the doors.)
In case of missing products, the customer will not be charged for the product that is not delivered, but the payment of the damaged delivered products must be made until delivery at the latest.
